Ken was a great support to me when I was running Ashley Copse in Smannel for Yeldall. He was kind, good humoured and insightful. I have such lovely memories of chats with him in my office and when I visited the manor. What a great legacy he leaves in the lives of so many.

Ken could turn up unexpectedly slightly out of place for me, not always as boss, straight talker, strong leader, story teller etc. Ken was all of these and fun too. But I’ll never forget your encouragement to me in my time of grief. It is true to say I remember you as a man of distinction! Rest in Peace.

Goodbye to a lovely man who was kind and brave and always ready for a laugh.
We remember our last holiday with him and Chris to Westward Ho! In 2019, and he requested going to Clovelly where they had been as a family many years before. Although he had difficulty walking far he insisted on trying to walk down to the harbour, very steep and cobbled! But walk down he did, with Christine 's help! It was an example of his courage and tenacity!
Goodbye Ken we shall miss you.
